Please join the New Jersey Association of Nurse Anesthetists for our Spring Symposium

The NJANA Spring Education meeting is just ahead! This year, the meeting will be a two-day event at the New Jersey Hospital Association Conference Center in historic Princeton, New Jersey and will include lectures designed to prepare and assist our members in meeting the requirements of the NBCRNA CPC recertification program. Topics presented will include evidenced based pharmacology, workplace bullying, and postoperative management of delirium the frail elderly. The AANA President, Cheryl Nimmo, will provide an update on issues impacting CRNAs across the country.

We are offering a two-hour module on Sunday from 2:00 to 4:00 pm, NJANA Evidenced Based Clinical Updates Series: Anesthesia Equipment & Technology.  There is no additional cost to participate, but you register for this separately on the conference registration form.  As promised, the NJANA Program Committee is working to bring you the CPC Core Modules. We need your participation in order to validate our assessment tools and presentation format for NBCRNA certification. This module is FREE for 50 participants!  The module has been prior approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists for 2 Class A credits.  NEW:  The two-hour module will also be presented on Saturday, April 1st, from 5:15 to 7:15 pm.  

We hope to see you in April!  There will be plenty of vendors, including a representative from the NBCRNA, to answer any questions you may have regarding the CPC recertification program. Visit every vendor booth and you may be eligible to win a prize!

Continuing Education Credit:  This program has been prior approved by the American Association of Nurse Anesthetists for 13.5 Class A credits: Code Number 1034445; Expiration Date 4/2/2017 - (Saturday, April 1st: 8.5 credits, Sunday, April 2nd: 5 credits,including 2 credits for the two-hour module, "NJANA Evidenced Based Clinical Updates Series: Anesthesia Equipment & Technology").

Registration Information: Online registration will be available until March 30, 2017.  There will be a $25 late fee for onsite registrations.

Cancellation Policy: Cancellations must be received in writing to susan@mckennamanagement.com by March 17, 2017 for a full refund less a $75.00 processing fee.
