Exhibitor Information

Please join the New Jersey Association of Nurse Anesthetists by exhibiting at the upcoming Fall Conference scheduled on October 14-16, 2016 at The Chelsea Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  We anticipate approximately 100+ Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and student nurse anesthetists at the event. These anesthesia professionals, some who are proprietors of their own anesthesia businesses or serve in decision-making roles, use this meeting to enhance their patient care expertise. They will examine your products and services in the exhibit hall to help them make educated decisions in providing better care for their patients and keep their practices up to date. We feel that this is an excellent opportunity for your company to speak with and engage both students and professionals in the anesthesia field.  

EXHIBITION DATES, HOURS AND FEE:  The exhibition will be held on Friday, October 14th from 2:00 pm until Sunday, October 16th at 1:15 pm.  All displays should be set up by at least 2:30 pm on Friday, October 14th and need to be disassembled by 2:00 pm on Sunday, October 16th.  The fee for a Table Display is $595; each additional table is $100.

WHAT COMES WITH YOUR EXHIBITION FEE:  One skirted 6 foot table with one chair and wireless access.  In addition, the NJANA Meeting Program Book will include a listing of the exhibiting companies' names.

ADVERTISING IN NJANA MEETING PROGRAM BOOK:  The NJANA Meeting Program Book will include the exhibiting company's name and acknowledgement of any sponsoring activities.  This publication is kept and used throughout the year by attendees.  To ensure maximum visibility for your company, product and/or service, please accurately complete the registration information.

You also have the option to place a Full-Page Ad (7.5" x 10") or Half-Page Ad (7.5" x 5") in the NJANA Meeting Program Book. All ads must be camera-ready and in black and white. All ads deemed not camera-ready will be billed at printer's artwork cost.  Please email ads in word or PDF format to: Susan@McKennaManagement.com no later than September 16, 2016.  Advertising costs are as follows:

1. Full-Page Ad:  $150 each
2. Half-Page Ad:  $100 each
3. Display Table plus a Full-Page Ad:  $700 (a $745 value)
