Exhibitor Information

Please join the New Jersey Association of Nurse Anesthetists by exhibiting at the upcoming Fall Conference scheduled on October 9-11, 2015 at The Chelsea Hotel in Atlantic City, New Jersey.  We anticipate approximately 80-100 Certified Registered Nurse Anesthetists (CRNAs) and student nurse anesthetists at the event. These anesthesia professionals, some who are proprietors of their own anesthesia businesses or serve in decision-making roles, use this meeting to enhance their patient care expertise. They will examine your products and services in the exhibit hall to help them make educated decisions in providing better care for their patients and keep their practices up to date. We feel that this is an excellent opportunity for your company to speak with and engage both students and professionals in the anesthesia field.

WHAT COMES WITH YOUR FEE:  One skirted 6 foot table with one chair and wireless access.  In addition, the NJANA Meeting Program Book will include the exhibiting company's name and acknowledgement of any sponsoring activities. This Book is kept and used throughout the year by the attendees.

ADVERTISING IN NJANA MEETING PROGRAM BOOK:  You also have the option to place a full-page ad (7.5" x 10") or half-page ad (7.5" x 5") in the NJANA Meeting Program Book. All ads must be camera-ready and in black and white. All ads deemed not camera-ready will be billed at printer's artwork cost.  Please email ads in word of PDF format to: rugbyforlife@hotmail.com no later than September 20, 2015.  A full-page ad is $150 each; a half-page ad is $100 each, and an exhibitor table plus a full-page ad is $700 ($745 value).

OTHER SPONSORSHIPS AVAILABLE:  By sponsoring one or more of the following events, NJANA will recognize your company numerous times throughout the meeting:

• Sponsorship of a speaker (one free table & full-page ad):  $1,500
• Co-Sponsorship of a speaker's expenses:  $750
• Refreshment Break(s) (one free table & full-page ad):  $1,000 per break

CANCELLATION POLICY:  Cancellations must be made in writing to:  Susan Wagner at Susan@McKennaManagement.com.  There will be no refunds for cancellations.

HOTEL INFORMATION: The Chelsea Hotel is offering NJANA Fall Conference attendees a discounted rate for King Bayview rooms of $139 on Friday night, $239 on Saturday night and $109 on Sunday night. SET UP:  All displays should be set up on Friday, October 9th by 2:30 pm and need to be disassembled by 5:00 pm on Sunday, October 11th. NJANA education committee members will be on hand at the registration table to show you to your assigned exhibit space.
